Delicious and creamy bars made with blackberries and pistachios, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the blackberries gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the cream cheese mixture.
