Description

A delightful recipe for making mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun, adding cheese, pickles, and a dollop of the sauce mixture (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard).
  6. Place the assembled sliders in the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
