- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the skillet.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, topped with spinach, cucumber slices, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for an hour before cooking.
- These burgers can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
