- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Place torn croissant pieces in the greased dish and scatter mixed berries on top.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, orange juice, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the croissants and berries, pressing down to soak.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
