Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise, leaving a small hinge.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened mascarpone or cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spread a generous amount of the cream mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant, then top with fresh mixed berries.
  6. Carefully close the croissants and dust with extra powdered sugar, garnishing with mint leaves if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
