- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- In another bowl, dip the shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with cornstarch, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the bang bang sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, double coat the shrimp with cornstarch and panko.
