- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
- In another bowl, set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken piece first in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the fried chicken bites in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- These bites can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
- Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
