Description

A deliciously spicy and crispy chicken bite recipe that is perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  2. In another bowl, set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken piece first in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Toss the fried chicken bites in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • These bites can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
  • Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
