Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, chicken, and vegetables.
  5. Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and garnish with chopped green onions.
