Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate or white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Gradually add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until well incorporated.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it’s firm enough to scoop.
  5. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  7. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Add sprinkles on top for decoration before the chocolate sets.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a sugar-free option, use suitable alternatives like stevia or monk fruit.
