Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined in a large bowl.
- Fold in the chopped nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
