Description

A delicious and healthy recipe featuring chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar, sautéed with fresh spinach and tomatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts in balsamic vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
