A delicious and healthy recipe featuring chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar, sautéed with fresh spinach and tomatoes.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken breasts in balsamic vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
