Description

A delicious and creamy baked chicken dish featuring ricotta cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and ricotta mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
