Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut into biscuits.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. In a saucepan, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Heat until warm.
  10. Assemble the biscuits by placing roast beef inside and serving with the warm broth for dipping.
