Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.

  7. Place a spoonful of shredded roast beef and cheese on half of the circles, then top with the remaining circles.
  8. Seal the edges and place on a baking sheet.
