Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, crumble the feta cheese and spread it evenly.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta cheese.
  4. Crack the eggs on top of the feta.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the eggs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
