- 1 whole Camembert cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in a small baking dish.
- Make small slits in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and rosemary.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include other herbs like thyme or add a splash of white wine before baking.
- Make sure to serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey.
