Description

A deliciously warm and gooey baked Camembert cheese, perfect for sharing with friends and family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole Camembert cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread or crackers for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Remove the Camembert from its packaging and place it in a small baking dish.
  3. Make small slits in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and rosemary.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
  6. Serve warm with bread or crackers for dipping.
