Ingredients

  • 2 Basa fillets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and spread them out evenly.
  5. Lay the Basa fillets on top of the vegetables.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
