- 4 medium apples
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta, dried cranberries, honey, and cinnamon.
- Stuff the mixture into the cored apples.
- If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with additional honey if desired.
