Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the apple cider over medium heat until it reduces to about 1 cup.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the reduced apple cider, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
