A fun and adorable recipe for mini cheese balls shaped like baby chicks, perfect for parties or as a snack.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for beaks)
- 1/4 cup black olives (for eyes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to shape.
- Once chilled, take small portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into balls.
- Using your fingers, shape the balls slightly to create a chick-like form.
- Press a sliced almond into each ball to create a beak.
- Use black olives to create eyes by cutting them into small pieces and placing them on the cheese balls.
- Garnish with chopped chives for added color and flavor.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
