Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth over them.
