Description

A refreshing and crunchy salad featuring cucumbers and a tangy Asian dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Let the salad marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
