Ingredients

  • 4 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the short ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the ribs.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
