Instructions

- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into strips.

- Arrange the apple slices on the puff pastry strips, overlapping them slightly.
- Fold the bottom of the pastry strip up to cover the bottom of the apple slices.
- Roll the pastry strip to form a rose shape.
- Place the rose in a muffin tin and repeat with the remaining strips.
