Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large croissants
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly on the cut sides of the croissants.
  5. Layer the thin apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
