- 1 cup apple butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, apple butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the evaporated milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
