Description

A vibrant and flavorful salad featuring a mix of Italian greens and classic antipasto ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed Italian greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup salami, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed Italian greens and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add the black olives, salami, mozzarella balls, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and red onion to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
