Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, diced ham, chopped onions, and frozen peas.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
