- 2 cups of cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, diced ham, chopped onions, and frozen peas.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
