- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
