Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the patties.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
