Description

A delicious and healthy snack made from zucchini, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.

  • For extra flavor, try adding your favorite herbs or spices.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
