Description

A delicious and easy recipe for crispy chicken fries made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into fry shapes
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken fry in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray the chicken fries lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
