Description

A delicious and easy recipe for making bacon-wrapped smokies in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cocktail smokies
  • 1 pound of bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each cocktail smokie with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place the wrapped smokies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. If using, sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper over the wrapped smokies.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
