- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix with the sour cream until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the ranch mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the ranch mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can marinate the chicken in the ranch mixture for a few hours before baking.
