There’s something sacred about hitting the reset button. This 3 Day Detox Weight Loss Smoothie Plan is about re-centering, not restriction. With real, whole ingredients, it’s a simple way to reduce bloat, rehydrate, and feel lighter in body and spirit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 cups fruit (banana, pineapple, berries, apple, mango)
  • 12 handfuls greens (spinach, kale, romaine, cucumber, celery)
  • 1 cup liquid (coconut water, almond milk, oat milk, filtered water)
  • 1 tbsp chia, flaxseed, hemp seed or 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1/4 avocado or 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Optional: fresh mint, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add liquid to blender first
  2. Add fruits, greens, fat, and protein
  3. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds
  4. Taste and adjust with citrus, cinnamon, or a few ice cubes
  5. Pour into glass and enjoy or store in chilled mason jar

Notes

Prep smoothie packs in freezer bags ahead of time. Drink your first smoothie within 30 minutes of waking. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours or freeze and thaw overnight.
